Requirements

• Must reside in the residence hall.
• Available for employment for two semesters upon hire.
• No other UAMS employment allowed.
• Approval needed for outside employment.
• Must carry a pager for emergencies.
• Familiarity with campus resources and safety procedures.
• Ability to build rapport with residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and open-mindedness in addressing student needs.
