Overview

The position is for a Team Leader in the area of Corona Economic Aid, leading a team in processing complex final settlement applications.

In Short

• Lead a nine-member team in processing complex settlement applications related to Corona aid.
• Independently review high-complexity applications, especially for corporations and special cases.
• Ensure uniform application of guidelines, FAQs, and internal standards.
• Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and coordinate internally.
• Document processing and ensure quality assurance.
• Participate in feedback processes and maintain internal knowledge management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial or business sector.
• At least 12 months of leadership experience, e.g., as a team or group leader.
• At least 12 months of experience in processing complex Corona aid applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
