Overview

We are looking for a motivated specialist in process and test validation with a focus on quality inspection of electronics. As a validation engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.

• Responsible for process validation in the quality inspection process focusing on electronics.
• Validation of test methods and inspection tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Creation of validation plans and development of suitable methods.
• Monitoring and execution of validation measures in accordance with applicable quality standards.
• Validation and continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Implementation of projects for process optimization in all manufacturing areas.
• Careful documentation and evaluation of tests to ensure traceability.

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Solid knowledge in process and test methods validation, especially in electronics.
• Practical experience with inspection tools and validation of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
• Strong teamwork skills, independent and responsible working style.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
