Overview

The Diversity Manager is responsible for developing sustainable diversity strategies and fostering an inclusive corporate culture.

In Short

• Develop and implement strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or Education with a focus on HR and Organizational Development.
• Several years of experience in diversity management with knowledge in diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of statistics is desirable.
• Initiative, organizational talent, teamwork, strong communication skills, reliability, and moderation skills.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
