In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable web applications using React.
• Act as a technical reference for the frontend team, guiding developers of varying seniority levels.
• Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and automated testing.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure fast and responsive applications.
• Implement best security practices in frontend development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance our stack and development processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Advanced knowledge in state management for React applications (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
• Experience in web performance optimization (Web Vitals).
• Familiarity with design systems and interface componentization.
• Familiarity with automated testing on the frontend (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of frontend security principles.
