Senior UC-Telephony Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior UC-Telephony Engineer to join our Unified Communications team.

In Short

• Be involved with the Voice & Collaboration systems’ implementation and/or maintenance services.
• Design, implement, integrate optimize and support of Unified Communications related technologies.
• Provide consultation on new services/solutions.
• Participate in the presales process.
• Create documentation and revise deliverables for projects.
• Ensure resolution of issues in delivered projects.
• Conduct fault investigation in lab environment.
• Coach and guide colleagues in technical issues.

Requirements

• University/College/Institute degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in PBX systems’ installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Cisco Collaboration and MS Teams platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
