Overview

The Residential Mortgage Loan Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting with the coordination and verification of loan information, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the loan process.

In Short

• Assist in coordinating and verifying loan information.
• Review submitted loans for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain paperwork for loans.
• Act as the initial point of contact after application completion.
• Follow up with third parties for necessary documents.
• Assess and confirm borrower information in the loan origination system.
• Provide updates to Loan Originators and borrowers.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Experience in a coordinator role in a broker environment.
• Experience with UWM preferred.
• 2+ years in mortgage operations.
• Experience with registering, locking, and disclosing loans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
• Motivated and goal-oriented.
