A well-established lifestyle brand is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join their remote team. This role involves managing financial records, supporting executive operations, and ensuring accurate reporting using NetSuite. Ideal for candidates with strong bookkeeping experience and familiarity with Australian accounting standards.

In Short

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in NetSuite ERP.
• Manage the end-to-end process of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Execute vendor payment runs and maintain an updated vendor list.
• Perform daily/weekly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Conduct thorough intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in payroll processing and reporting.
• Prepare month-end and year-end close processes.
• Generate routine operational reports such as Cash Flow statements.
• Work with the Financial Coordinator to generate key financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Strong bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with Australian accounting standards.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
