Overview

We are looking for Language Interpreters who are fluent in English and Bengali to work from home in a permanent position.

Requirements

• Excellent English and fluent in Bengali (reading and writing)
• Clear speaking ability in both languages
• Malaysian Nationals or Permanent Residents
• Must have a stable internet connection
• Own mobile phone (Android 6 or iOS 12 and above)
• Willing to work permanent night shifts
• Must follow client instructions and protocols
• Maintain professionalism during calls
• Punctuality and availability during scheduled hours
• No escalation or resolution responsibilities
