Intern in Elevation Models 80-100% - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an intern for elevation models at the Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo), responsible for producing height data and controlling airborne LiDAR data.

In Short

• Production of height data and control of airborne LiDAR data
• Programming small GIS applications with Python or creating FME workbenches
• Developing concepts and testing new software
• Participating in GNSS measurement campaigns for aerial image creation
• Collaborating on projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geomatics or Geography
• Knowledge and interest in GIS, photogrammetry, and remote sensing
• Proficiency in Python and FME software, with a passion for programming
• Team-oriented, communicative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good active knowledge of at least one official language and English
