Lead Applications Engineer, Legal - Remote

Overview

This position is a business critical role at Twilio where you will work closely with key legal stakeholders across Legal Matter Management, Ethics & Compliance, Privacy areas, managing and resolving all system related issues.

In Short

• Work with internal legal teams to provide end user support across the applications.
• Analyze business problems and requirements to propose technological solutions.
• Oversee new enhancements within the current system landscape.
• Troubleshoot & resolve Legal Matter issues as they arise.
• Serve as an expert in ONIT applications.
• Lead the configuration and customization of ONIT modules.
• Manage legal matters using ONIT.
• Support implementation and adoption phases of new technologies.
• Create and maintain documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Work in an AGILE manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in legal operations or similar role.
• Proficiency in Legal applications, particularly matter management.
• Strong technical, analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Teamwork-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable to work across time zones.
• Experience in a senior or lead analyst role is desirable.
• AGILE or SAFe experience is a plus.
