Overview

As an Endpoint Engineer L3 at Twilio, you will play a crucial role in supporting compliance, governance, and security workloads, while designing and implementing endpoint management solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint support or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Workspaces, Workspace ONE, and Kandji.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards for endpoint devices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with Mobile OS versions such as iOS and Android.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting complex endpoint issues.
• Experience in leading projects related to compliance and security.
• Apple ACSP and ACIT certifications.
• Experience in designing and implementing endpoint solutions.
