Director, Global Security Operations Center - Remote

Overview

The Director, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) will be responsible for evolving and maturing Twilio’s GSOC infrastructure to strengthen the foundation of our overall security posture and enable the safety and security of our people and assets worldwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GSOC or equivalent security operations.
• 8+ years of experience in developing professionals.
• Proficiency in physical security risk monitoring technologies.
• Experience with risk analysis and incident management.
• Ability to implement initiatives and balance priorities.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision making.
• Experience with executive travel oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with remote employee security services.
• Experience in building relationships across organizations.
