• Building performant, polished interfaces that allow users to interact with video
• Craft fluid, multi-state, asynchronous experiences.
• Translate Figma designs/prototypes into production-ready UIs with rich behaviors
• Ensuring every interaction feels immediate and intentional
• 3-5 years of experience building production React applications
• Deep expertise in React performance optimization
• Track record of building smooth, responsive interfaces
• Experience with video players or creative tools
• Attention to response times and product polish
• Keen eye for design

Requirements

• Experience with AI-powered products or creative/editing tools
• Familiarity with video workflows (HLS, timeline-based editing)
• Background in building collaborative features
• Experience optimizing large data sets in the browser
