Overview

As an Outsource Artist at Turtle Rock, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating high-quality art assets for our next AAA title, utilizing flexible work arrangements.

In Short

• Collaborate with external vendors on 2D/3D assets.
• Review and evaluate incoming art for accuracy.
• Ensure assets meet quality and technical standards.
• Track progress and manage delivery schedules.
• Create creative briefs and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for asset integration.
• Maintain communication with external teams.
• Create and manage JIRA tasks for outsourced work.
• Update sheets for asset tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years in game development as an outsource artist.
• Experience with modern art pipelines.
• Proficient in Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Knowledge of realistic art styles.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and digital art tools.
• Effective communication and feedback skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Jira.
• Strong organizational skills.
