Construction Scheduler - Government Projects - Remote

Overview

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Scheduler to provide consulting and support services within the planning and scheduling function for government projects.

In Short

• Understand and apply construction industry standard scheduling best practices.
• Develop and maintain high-level master schedules for project phases.
• Generate and update detailed project schedules based on stakeholder input.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance and progress.
• Coordinate schedule activities between various projects and stakeholders.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and provide recommendations.
• Travel to project sites to assess schedule progress.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Experience on projects with a minimum cost of $5,000,000.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with project schedules, cost, and resource loading.
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
• Field experience during construction.
• Knowledge of PMIS implementation.
• Strong communication skills and relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification of PSP or PMI-SP is a plus.
