In Short

• Analyze turbine performance data and identify operational issues.
• Provide structured insights on operational cases to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to improve internal processes.
• Support standardized workflows for technical case handling.
• Contribute to documentation and internal reporting.
• Share insights with Product, CS, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Capture customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
• Support customer meetings and grow into a more active role.
• Present insights and answer customer questions independently.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies or background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Physics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in interpreting technical data.
• Structured and concise communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
