Agile Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Agile Project Manager at Tugi Tark, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project scope and risks, and align delivery with strategic business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

In Short

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Guide the team in adhering to Scrum best practices and Agile principles.
• Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Collaborate with the development team to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Manage project scope and roadmap ensuring alignment with objectives and business priorities.
• Monitor project health and key delivery metrics, identifying any risks or issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the technical team, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Provide regular project updates and reports, communicating progress, risks, and adjustments clearly.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of the team’s Agile maturity through ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• 3 + years of working experience in the software industry or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• 2+ years of experience with Jira.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams to successful project delivery.
• Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based product development is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
