Overview

True Zero Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support the rapid and concurrent deployment of Cybersecurity and SaaS-based technology solutions. This role will manage a portfolio of structured, fast-moving projects, focusing on template-driven delivery and compliance adherence.

In Short

• Oversee the management of 15–25 concurrent cybersecurity and SaaS deployment projects.
• Ensure adherence to project templates and compliance checklists.
• Drive project execution by coordinating stakeholders and tracking milestones.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, flagging variances early.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and delivery teams.
• Leverage project management tools to drive transparency.
• Escalate risks and offer mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate security and compliance-specific project deliverables.
• Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS.
