Finance Senior Executive (AP/AR/GL) - Remote

Overview

The Finance Senior Executive will ensure the financial stability and integrity of Truegenics by managing day-to-day payment cycle activities, controlling expenses, and providing accurate financial reporting.

In Short

• 100% remote role.
• Responsible for recording accounting journals and transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analysis.
• Support month-end closing and budget analysis.

Requirements

• University Degree or relevant Professional Qualification.
• 2-3 years of full set accounting experience.
• Knowledge of automation and AI tools for financial analysis.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Experience with overseas payment processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Xero system is a plus.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who can work under pressure.
