• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with drivers, companies, and prospects effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a driver recruiter, with a strong background in recruiting owner-operators and placing drivers with companies.
• Must speak and read fluent English to ensure clear communication with drivers and clients.
• An American phone line for reliable communication.
• High-speed internet, a computer, and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear, professional communication.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, Breezy), job boards (e.g., Indeed, Facebook Groups), and Google Workspace.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11 PM to 8 AM EDT, with a 1-hour break each shift.
