Senior Manager for Finance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Finance at Triquetra Health is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations while supporting the development of a scalable finance function as the business grows. This is a hands-on role suited for a current finance manager ready to take the next step in their career, with experience operating in lean organizations (typically under 75 employees) and leading small teams.

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records while maintaining strong financial discipline.
• Support P&L management by analyzing financial performance and identifying key drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis and contribute to budgeting and planning processes.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and support liquidity management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports that are accurate and actionable.
• Support relationships with banks, financial partners, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
• Contribute to building scalable finance operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience supporting P&L reporting and cash flow management.
• Experience working in small to mid-sized companies.
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to improve processes in lean environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a willingness to execute.
