Junior Videographer - Remote

Overview

The Junior Videographer will be responsible for producing a variety of video content for clients, including social media posts, event recordings, and council chamber video production. This role offers opportunities for mentorship and skill development in video production.

• Produce video content for various platforms and clients.
• Manage full-scale video production from scripting to editing.
• Support live streaming events using platforms like Zoom.
• Record council meetings and manage video production equipment.
• Provide photography support for events and stock shoots.
• Set up AV equipment for concerts and performances.
• Operate drones for video and photo work.
• Collaborate with project managers and account managers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule for evening events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• AA or BA in Film, Videography, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of professional experience or relevant training.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in civic engagement or public administration is a plus.
• Non-linear editing skills with Adobe Premiere preferred.
• Familiarity with audio and video switching gear.
• FAA drone licensing is a plus.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite or Canva.
• Professional photography experience is beneficial.
• Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
