We are now looking for you as a Safety Trainer to strengthen our team!

In Short

• Conduct training and instruction on occupational safety and health protection.
• Trainings according to DGUV and GWO standards for customers and internal teams.
• Convey safety guidelines in a practical and understandable manner. Travel to various locations in Germany.
• Conduct practical training at wind energy facilities, including climbing and demonstrating rescue and safety techniques at height.

Requirements

• Experience as a trainer in occupational safety – your expertise ensures quality and safety.
• Relevant qualification in wind energy and occupational safety.
• Driver's license class B or BE – for flexible and uncomplicated travel to work sites.
• Technical understanding and willingness to continue education – you have a strong interest in technology and are open to learning about new technologies and developments to stay up to date.
• Friendly, confident demeanor – with your communication skills, you build trust and can convey technical matters clearly and understandably, both in the team and in customer contact. Reliability and desire for long-term collaboration.
• Experience in climbing and abseiling and willingness to apply these skills in training.
• Height suitability and willingness to work on wind energy facilities.
