Full Stack Engineer (.NET) + Flutter - Remote

We are a fast-growing Fintech startup revolutionizing the Trade Finance industry through innovative, cloud-native technology. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong .NET expertise to join our engineering team.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET and modern frontend frameworks like Flutter or React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and services to support frontend and applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Ensure software scalability, performance, and maintainability across all layers of the stack.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Contribute to DevOps efforts and CI/CD pipeline improvements in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend development, including ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Expertise in working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Flutter, React or Angular.
• Experience developing web applications using Flutter is a strong plus.
• Proficient understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment.
