Maintenance Controller - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Controller is the liaison between maintenance, crew, and aircraft representative. They are the technical advocate of the aircraft, overseeing the due list and scheduling maintenance events.

• Schedule aircraft into maintenance and coordinate events.
• Act as a single point of contact for all maintenance events.
• Evaluate aircraft discrepancies and develop recovery plans.
• Provide technical support to flight crews and vendors.
• Administer Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL).

Requirements

• Current A&P Certificate required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance control experience.
• Familiarity with tracking software like Traxxall or Flight Docs.
• A college degree with applicable focus preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Expert-level knowledge of maintenance regulations.
• Must be a team player and work well under pressure.
