• Lead product strategy and execution for institutional offerings.

• Conduct deep discovery with clients to understand workflows.

• Act as a voice of the customer and represent The Tie externally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of institutional finance and market dynamics.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with UI and API product development.
