Architectural Technician (CAD) - Remote

Overview

An Architectural Technician is required to assist our Operations, Commercial, and Property teams through a significant period of investment, improvement, and change. The successful Architectural Technician will primarily be working in the commercial sector, have a background in leisure and hospitality projects, and be proficient in AutoCAD.

• Produce detailed CAD drawings and full drawing packs for various projects.

• Report directly to the Design Manager/Head of Investment Strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician in leisure and hospitality.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to produce comprehensive drawing packs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree or certification in CAD technology, architecture, or related field preferred.
