Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, communicative Member Outreach Coordinator to join our Client Services team part-time. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound phone calls to members regarding cases referred by contracted health plans, ensuring accurate data entry and information verification.

In Short

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to members regarding cases.
  • Collect and verify member information by phone.
  • Document all member interactions and update records accurately.
  • Perform outreach and data verification tasks with attention to detail.
  • Address member questions or concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team for smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
  • Must have a computer with a working camera and microphone.

Benefits

  • $18.00 per hour.
  • Part-time: 20–29 hours per week.
  • Paid sick time.
  • Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan after 90 days.
