We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Strategic Research & Matchmaking Analyst who will play a key role in enabling our core value proposition: creating relevant, high-impact connections for our members.

In Short

• Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market research.
• Analyze business activities and governance structures of family enterprises.
• Synthesize complex information into executive-ready reports.
• Identify patterns and insights to shape matching opportunities.
• Work with Salesforce to optimize CRM data structure.
• Support process optimization initiatives across the customer relations team.
• Prepare high-quality materials for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and Founders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and financial analysis.
• Exposure to family enterprises or international business environments.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
