Overview

The Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute seeks a collaborative and strategic professional to serve as Director of Sponsored Programs Administration. The Director will support the work of the Vice President of Sponsored Programs Administration and collaborate with various stakeholders to manage sponsored awards.

In Short

• Collaborate with staff, contractors, and agencies to manage sponsored awards.
• Assist with proposal development, including budget drafting.
• Present budgets and expenditure reports to project leaders.
• Assist with the budgeting process for grants and contracts.
• Provide regular expenditure forecasts for project leaders.
• Perform variance analysis of sponsored accounts.
• Review purchases and reimbursements charged to grants.
• Prepare financial reports per sponsor requirements.
• Maintain records in Salesforce database.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of grant administration experience.
• Experience with grants management life cycle.
• Knowledge of government and private foundation grant reporting.
• Familiarity with financial and budgetary principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
