Senior Specialist Talent Systems - Remote

Overview

Proficient and detail-oriented HCM Sr. Support Specialist with expertise in SuccessFactor modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding. This team member will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and managing our SuccessFactors HCM system to enhance talent acquisition, employee management & onboarding processes.

• HR Project Delivery
• Subject matter expert in all things SuccessFactors
• Provide guidance to the COE as part of system release reviews
• Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR systems
• Analyze HR business requirements and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors modules
• Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and employee data management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• SuccessFactors certification/accreditation is highly desirable
• Excellent MS Excel skills preferred
