Web & Product Designer (UI/UX) - Remote

Overview

As a Web & Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences across digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive websites and digital therapy solutions.

In Short

• Design and refine landing pages for digital therapy programmes.
• Develop engaging user journeys across various platforms.
• Prototype and test Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise design elements.
• Maintain and enhance the UI Styleguide for consistency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in web and mobile UI/UX design.
• Proven ability to design and test MVPs.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of landing page optimisation strategies.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Storybook or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience in digital health or related industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage.
