Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent mortgage experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience underwriting FHA and/or VA loans.
• Ability to perform a minimum of 3 credit reviews daily.
• Experience with Down Payment Assistance programs preferred.
• Thorough understanding of agency and government guidelines.
• Experience with multiple investors and guidelines required.
• Proven ability to underwrite loans in compliance with guidelines.
