Overview

As a Global IT Project Manager Content Transformation Healthcare, you will work with the Content Transformation business team to drive the evolution of our Content Ecosystem, bringing processes from content planning & creation, medical, legal & regulatory review and approval, localization, and content sharing across markets to the next level.

• Drive the evolution of the Content Ecosystem in Healthcare.
• Define IT roadmap for Content Enterprise and AI-driven capabilities.
• Manage IT projects end-to-end, overseeing budgets and timelines.
• Act as Product Owner Proxy, leading Sprint planning and execution.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to align solutions with goals.
• Identify new opportunities and technologies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive in identifying new technologies for customer engagement.
• Preferred degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Min. 7 years of professional experience in pharma.
• Profound Project Management skills including agile techniques.
• Expert knowledge in Content Management solutions in Healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Excellent social and analytical skills.
• Proactive in identifying new technologies.
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
