Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with modern ML models.
• Deep experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
• Production experience with Python or similar languages.
• Passion for on-device performance and browser technology.
• Experience running critical projects with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with rapid cycles.
• Availability for 4+ hours overlap with Eastern Time Zone.
