Signature Assessment and Validation Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking Signature Assessment and Validation Engineers to join the Signature Integrity Team in St. Louis, Missouri region. This role involves enabling stealth performance of platforms through manufacturing and operation processes.

In Short

• Support the SAV team and collaborate with multi-discipline teams.
• Develop and validate processes with diagnostic equipment.
• Perform developmental testing and troubleshooting for signature verification methods.
• Define QA test criteria for all signature verification tests.
• Review work instructions and witness part conformance.
• Analyze non-conformance trends and provide dispositions.
• Help develop a signature assessment system, including software and methods.
• Communicate results and status to project stakeholders.
• Create and edit specifications, procedures, and reports.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years with a Master’s.
• Experience with Quality/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Familiarity with LO Engineering Processes and Aircraft Design.
• Positive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
