Overview

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking an Experienced Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing electrical wire design engineering for flight test instrumentation of military and commercial derivative aircraft.

In Short

• Perform electrical wire design engineering for flight test instrumentation.
• Develop connections, wire bundles, and wire routing.
• Work with customers to document electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Design and document electrical systems and components.
• Select electrical hardware such as cables and connectors.
• Test and validate system designs to meet requirements.
• Provide electrical hardware support during inspections and tests.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Electrical Wire Design and wire harness design.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Electrical Wire Design.
• 3+ years of experience with wire harness design.
• 3+ years of experience with 3D CAD modeling.
• Preferred: 1+ years of CATIA V5 experience.
• Experience with Capital Harness and Capital Logic is a plus.
