Overview

The Equipment & Tool Designer (Asset Design) at Boeing is responsible for developing complex equipment and tooling concepts for aerospace products, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence.

In Short

  • Lead development of equipment and tooling concepts.
  • Conduct design reviews and collect design requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in tool design or fabrication.
  • Degree in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with aerospace or defense customers.
  • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Shift work required.
