Overview

The Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist at Boeing is responsible for managing customer material orders, coordinating delivery requirements, and assisting in supply chain execution.

• Manage customer material orders and delivery requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts.
• Assist in data collection and processing for suppliers and customers.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure program integration.
• Support inventory management and supply order scheduling.
• Initiate supplier improvement activities.
• Assist in warehousing systems and tools.
• Work onsite in Swedesboro, NJ.
• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements.
• Travel required: 10% of the time.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 or more years of related experience preferred.
