In Short

• Coordinate and manage a large-scale randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Noora Health’s maternal and child health program in India.
• Work closely with data and behavioral scientists, researchers, and partners.
• Organize and document weekly meetings with various teams and partners.
• Track and follow up on deliverables and action items.
• Identify and address issues, needs, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure timely completion of the RCT, including funding submissions and data collection.
• Have a Master’s degree in economics, public health, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of project management experience in the non-profit or social impact sector.
• Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Willing to work across time zones.
