Senior Cloud DevOps Apps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PW Cloud DevOps Apps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administration, support, and continuous delivery of our Windows and Linux environments, with a focus on Microsoft IIS and .NET applications.

In Short

• Manage and support Windows and Linux server environments, including Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and .NET application hosting.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines with YAML configurations.
• Configure and maintain HashiCorp Vault for secure secrets management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts primarily in PowerShell.
• Diagnose and resolve HTTP data communication issues between applications.
• Support containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Work closely with development teams, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications.
• Participate in application release reviews.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Expertise in container orchestration and automation scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft IIS and .NET applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Knowledge of best practices in DevOps.
