TGEU is a member-based organization dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of trans individuals across Europe and Central Asia. With a mission to strengthen the rights of trans people, TGEU represents over 200 member organizations in 50 countries. The organization focuses on addressing the systemic and individual oppression faced by trans individuals, particularly those from marginalized groups such as sex workers, migrants, and the homeless. TGEU is committed to amplifying the voices of trans people and works to combat violence and discrimination through strategic litigation and legal literacy initiatives.
