Overview

Texans Credit Union is seeking a Supervisor for their Member Connect team, responsible for leading and managing a team in a call center environment to enhance member satisfaction and achieve company goals.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Member Service Representatives.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet personal and company goals.
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds established goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for new hires.
  • Handle and resolve member complaints effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
  • Adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assess and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support team during peak times by logging into the queue.
  • Perform various duties to achieve team goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent consultative and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication and phone service skills.
  • Ability to manage tense situations with professionalism.
  • Computer literacy and strong PC skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the financial industry and call center preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Proven skills in diplomacy and influencing others.
  • Associates degree or professional certification is a plus.
