The Manager, Testing Delivery oversees a team of Testing Managers, focusing on aligning and unifying testing delivery best practices in collaboration with other leaders, ensuring teams know company standards and tools that drive the continuous optimization of Testlio’s quality services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in quality management.
• 5+ years of quality team management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with agile teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end test automation.
• Knowledge of test frameworks like Playwright and Cypress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supporting AI-based projects.
• Proven track record of success in scaling teams.
