Overview

The Admin & Project Team Manager will provide functional leadership to Tergar International's Project Management and Admin teams while overseeing the organization’s OKR and performance reporting system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Analytical skills for tracking performance metrics.
• Change management and process improvement expertise.
• Interest in mindfulness or meditation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
