Tergar International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in their journey towards mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom through meditation. Grounded in the Tibetan Buddhist teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Tergar offers accessible online and in-person programs that cater to diverse cultures and faiths. Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Tergar International collaborates with its sister organization, Tergar Asia, and employs a team of 72 staff members and contractors worldwide to deliver impactful meditation programs.
