In Short

  • Establish workflows and best practices for SIPI analysis.
  • Provide architectural insights to improve package and product-level designs.
  • Lead feasibility studies to guide product definitions.
  • Collaborate with teams across Silicon Architecture, PCB, and System Integration to develop accurate simulation models.
  • Drive innovation through cross-functional partnerships in technology development.
  • Conduct SIPI analyses using industry-standard tools (e.g., Ansys SI-Wave, HFSS-3D-layout).
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and learning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in SIPI analysis of high-power electronics.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of SIPI concepts.
  • Familiarity with ANSYS and cadence tools.
  • Experience in VR/IVR modeling and design is a plus.
  • Experience in pre-layout modeling and analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to break complex problems into smaller problems and solve them.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing requirements and to come up with creative solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to initiate investigations and drive cross-functional developments.
