Requirements

• Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
• Valid Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 10 years of experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare systems implementation.
• Experience configuring hospital EPR applications.
• Experience with EHCR implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to create structure in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills.
