• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Champion user-centered design principles.
• Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive the end-to-end design process.
• Work within and contribute to design systems.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and tools.
